The physicians at the Mammoth Orthopedic Institute (MOI) serve as accredited clinical faculty for the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. Our program supports clinical education for:

  • Third- and fourth-year medical students
  • Physician Assistant students
  • Learners with an interest in
  • General Orthopedics
  • Orthopedic Trauma
  • Sports Medicine

Observation Opportunities:

We also offer a limited one-week observation experience for highly motivated:

  • High school students
  • Pre-medical undergraduate students

Observers will gain exposure to the clinical environment but will not participate in direct patient care. Learners 18 years old and over will have the opportunity to observe in the operating room, schedule permitting.
