Drs. Karch, Crall, and Gilmer founded Mammoth Orthopedic Institute with a vision to advance musculoskeletal care throughout the Eastern Sierra. With the addition of Dr. Knecht in 2019 and Dr. Williamson in 2024, we have expanded our orthopedic services to support both Mammoth Hospital and Northern Inyo Hospital. With additional specialty services at Mammoth Hospital - including Dr. Brown in hand and Dr. Telles in spine - we now offer a truly comprehensive, full-service orthopedic department.
At Mammoth Orthopedic Institute, our physicians and staff are dedicated to providing exceptional orthopedic care to both residents and visitors of the Eastern Sierra.
