Dr. Gilmer spent time in the lab working with the needle arthroscopy. He has been using the needle arthroscope on our knee patients when warranted for the last couple years. Our patients who undergo surgery with needle arthroscopy typically require no use of crutches, walks out of surgery with adhesive bandages without sutures resulting in a faster recovery and less pain.
