Comments: My husband had a bad fall while rock climbing in Mammoth, resulting in a severely broken leg that was in high risk of infection due to dirt and debris that got inside his leg during the fall. We wondered whether he would even walk again. Dr. Knecht impressively performed multiple complicated surgeries on my husband that would allow him to resume the activities he loves in the future. Not only are we greatly appreciative of his surgical acumen, but also because of the warmth and compassion he showed toward our family during that incredibly difficult time. He is an amazing doctor for whom we will always be so grateful.
