Comments: To acknowledge Dr Michael Karch. It has been 10 years since you blessed me with replacement hips. You once told me that I would be someone you could help the most. You were/are right. I went from unable to walk 4 feet without crutches to bicycling 25 miles a day. Because of your (and Mammoth Hospital’s) gracious talent I have been able to provide myself as a volunteer EMT in my district, many years the only one, and as a firefighter, and “pay it back” to society what you have done for me. Without my ability to function I doubt our volunteer fire dept would have been able to survive! I am grateful to you and grateful to G-d for sending me to you.
